Very difficult to work with, not at all interested in processing warranty claims. My Su-16 reciever broke which is a known manufacturer defect. Then they lost my rifle in their warehouse for months before I finally reminded them enough times for them to send it back. When I finally recieved my broken rifle back they told me to just glue it back together.

I personal have few keltec items & glad I bought new. Pat had done a great job during the pandemic and got me a new charge handle for my sub2000 all under 3 week turn over ..Keep up the good work

Had an issue with my Caltech sub 2000 shipped it to Vault Distributor within a month I receive that back very impressed with Vault Distributor and their Amazing customer service The gentleman I was dealing with his name is Chris he was amazing gentleman that I was dealing with thank you all once again for the amazing customer service at Vault Distributor !!!

The extractor arm on my RFB broke. I tried to contact Keltec and wasn't able to get a hold of them. Vault Distribution really helped me out. Gary helped me find the problem and sent out replacement parts the very same day. Definitely recommend these guys!

This place, specifically Steve, is the best, hands down. Super quick, kept me updated on what repairs were required and had it back to me in exactly one week. I shipped my Sub2000 back to them very late in the day on 18 July to fix a catastrophic failure and received it back in my hands first thing in the morning today, 25 July. I almost tossed this and bought a new one but Steve brought mine back from the dead for less than a fraction of the cost. Very pleased with the service and turnaround time.

Great Canadian importer for the Kel Tec brand. Dealt with Gary for my RFB warranty and Pat for my RDB (parts), both were nice and easy. Just have to make sure your Kel Tec firearms are imported by Vault, otherwise you will not able to warranty on the Canadian side of the border. All other companies import Kel Tec can't offer Canadian warranty.
