Take your garbage back to the store. Property management companies are not responsible to get rid of your giant boxes.

Terrible customer service, too many people congregated at the loading dock. Couldn’t find my order, long wait times, poorly organized. Unfortunately I’m already jaded by how Ashley has poor customer service all around so I wasn’t too surprised that the distribution was no better.

My husband and I bought this couch 1.5 years ago and all the cushions are falling apart. Pilling and the fabric is literally hanging on threads and looks as it is shredded. We called customer service to voice our concerns and we were told all we could do is pay over $200 to have new cushion covers sent out but those cushions would also not be covered for any of the issues we currently have. We wanted to speak with a customer service manager about how frustrating our issue was and the customer service rep told us to leave a poor google review and refused to direct us to a supervisor and then proceeded to hang up on us. Besides the fact that this couch is terrible quality, I would highly recommend no one buys a couch from here just based on how awful the customer service is. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go to Structube!

Poorly run company. no supervisor available for customer care issues. Avoid this company at all cost. you'll never be satisfied with their Chinese made products.

Absolutely terrible front desk service. The guy there at around 510-530 was literally impolite, bad mannered, and super unprofessional. I hope no one else gets this kind of service and garbage attitude towards them as no one deserves that.On the bright side, gentlemen at door 2 who handed my mattress was great. We had a size problem for fitting in the vehicle and he was very polite and solved the issue very quick and was super easy to deal with.If management wants to contact me, I'd definitely be fine with that. Thanks.

Great place for furniture but no stock

Great job with the white glove delivery. Had a broken headboard replaced rather easily. Only issue....the delivery team needs better personal hygiene. I left them to work in the bedroom, and by the time they left, I had the windows fully open and went through half a bottle of air freshener. Great service, absolutely horrible smell left behind.
